Today we tabled at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold New Jersey. Just in time for the holidays, we sold many trays of microgreens. Visitors to the medical center (and gymnasium) could sample over five different varieties of microgreens -- either raw, or with a bit of bread and olive oil. Thank you to the wonderful CentraState staff, we hope to see you again in 2017!
